Cheese Macaroni


This is what I call it, but my daughter insists it is called Macaroni and Cheese! ;)

Ingredients:
4 cups of Rotini or your favorite Pasta
12 Ounces shredded Cheddar Cheese, sharp or mild
1/2 stick butter cut up

Boil pasta till cooked
drain, then transfer into another pot.
Add Cheese and butter..
stir till all melted and mixed well.

Enjoy! :)

  1. This sounds so simple. I'll have to try it when I remember to get some Cheddar Cheese.
